Alceo Salento igt bianco fiano Produttori Vini Manduria 2020 Alcohol content 12,5%. Made FROM 100% Fiano grapes. The wine matured a few months IN the bottle. It has a straw yellow colour WITH green, intense hues. Charming, quite complex scents, characterized by white-fleshed fruit such AS peach AND apple; wild flowers such AS hawthorn AND broom Also IN the mouth it does NOT disappoint due TO its good freshness, softness AND a slight minerality. This IS certainly a simple but very pleasant wine. TO be combined WITH seafood salad, fried appetizers, piadina WITH squaquerone cheese.
